Designer | Creative Mentor | Sustainability Advocate
For over 18 years in business and 30 years of experience , I have dedicated my life to the art of fashion. As a third-generation designer and founder of Asta Fashions, my heart lies in creating occasion wear and bridal couture that makes women feel seen, celebrated, and beautiful. From dressing brides and their mothers to crafting a custom crown for royalty and designing red carpet looks for the Venice and Cannes Film Festivals, every garment I create is born from a deep love of storytelling, detail, and craftsmanship.
But my journey as a designer has evolved. While I remain deeply passionate about beautiful design, I can no longer ignore the impact Fast fashion industry has on the planet. This realisation has become my creative fuel.
I am now dedicated to a new way of working—one that honours both the wearer and the earth. I specialise in redesigning existing garments, giving pre-loved pieces a second life through considered reconstruction and artistic reinvention. I create my own textiles, reprinting them with my original artwork infused with intentional energy codes, so each piece carries not only beauty but meaning. For me, fashion should heal—both the person wearing it and the planet we share.
Through my advocacy platform Reglam for Planet, I speak passionately against fast fashion and encourage women to rethink consumption. My philosophy is simple: before you buy new, ask yourself how we can redesign for the future ocation and wear it again and again. It is not about compromise—it is about creativity with conscience.
I am also an author and mentor. My book, Tips for Brides, helps women dress for their body shape with confidence. In my workshops, I teach emerging designers or just craft lovers to create from the heart, not the head—to trust their intuition and design with purpose.
I am not a newcomer chasing trends. I am an established designer choosing to reshape my legacy—one that proves luxury, artistry, and sustainability can walk the same runway.
